Return and refund policy
Thank you for shopping at nuvvz.shop. We want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we specialize in minimalist ceramic pet bowls, we understand the importance of quality and hygiene.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@nuvvz.shop.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Damages and Issues (Quality Guarantee)
Please inspect your order upon reception. Since ceramic items are fragile, if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@nuvvz.shop with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used for pet feeding or water, unless the product is faulty. We also do not accept returns for gift cards or sale items.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
7. Shipping Costs
- Faulty/Damaged Items: We cover the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: For New Zealand customers, if you simply change your mind, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
8. Compliance (New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act)
Our policy does not exclude or replace your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). If a product has a substantial failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
