1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).

2. Shipping Estimates for New Zealand

We offer international shipping from our fulfillment centers to all destinations in New Zealand.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

3. International Taxes, Duties, and Customs

Since we ship to New Zealand, please be aware of the following:

  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
  • nuvvz.shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
  • For orders over NZD $1,000, additional customs clearance procedures may be required.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@nuvvz.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that some local carriers in New Zealand may have restrictions on delivering ceramic/fragile items to P.O. Boxes. We recommend using a physical residential or business address to ensure the safest delivery of your ceramic bowls.

6. Fragile Item Guarantee

Ceramic products require extra care. If your item arrives broken or damaged due to transit, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy or contact us immediately at support@nuvvz.shop.
